Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

Our shipping regions are United States and Canada, and Rest of world excluding those two countries. Destination availability is confirmed at checkout; a configured region does not mean every item can be delivered to every location.

Shipping prices

Both regions have the same USD rates. Fast shipping costs $5.99 for an eligible order subtotal of $0.00-$44.99. Free shipping costs $0.00 for an eligible order subtotal of $45.00 or more, with no upper limit. Review the final shipping charge after discounts at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing is separate from transit time. Holidays, unusually high order volumes or information that needs verification can extend preparation time.

Estimated transit time

Delivery is estimated at 7-12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Destination, carrier operations, customs and weather can affect transit. The name Fast shipping identifies our paid rate; it does not represent a separate guaranteed express service.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available for your shipment, the shipping confirmation provides the tracking details. Updates may take time to appear after a label is created. Contact us with your order number if you need help locating shipment information.

Incorrect details, delays or missing parcels

Check your delivery information before paying. Email service@Averluneo.com promptly if it needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights.
