Return Policy
Our 30-day return window
You may request a return of an eligible item within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email service@Averluneo.com before sending anything back so we can identify the order and provide return instructions. Do not assume that a parcel sender location is the correct returns destination.
Condition of a change-of-mind return
Items returned because you changed your mind should be unused and in their original or otherwise returnable condition. Include the supplied parts, accessories and available packaging. Missing components or damage caused after delivery may affect eligibility. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
How to request a return
Provide your order number, the product, and the reason for your request. For a product problem, photographs or a short description can help us understand what happened. After receiving instructions, package the item securely and retain proof of postage.
Who pays return postage
For preference-based returns, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, you pay return shipping. If an item is damaged on arrival, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, replacement or refund solution at no additional cost to you.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Contact us if you need help checking a refund. Any refund of delivery charges required by applicable law remains available.
Cancelling before shipment
Contact service@Averluneo.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We can cancel before shipment when fulfillment can still be stopped. Once dispatched, the order follows the return process.
Your statutory rights
This policy is additional to any mandatory cancellation rights, guarantees or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
